Refund and Returns Policy

Our Return Policy
Returns can be made within 28 days of receipt of the goods, provided the goods are unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging together with proof of purchase. Please notify us via email at info@kellockbank.com prior to returning, stating reason and whether you would like a refund to original payment method or an exchange.

Food hampers, plants, toiletries, foods, gift cards, special customer orders and other perishable goods cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that goods will be returned at your own cost. Kellockbank cannot accept responsibility for any returns items lost or damaged in the post. For your own peace of mind we recommend goods are returned via a recorded or special delivery post.

If the goods are being returned due to an error on Kellockbank’s part your postal costs will be refunded.
